Meet Our Founders
Nestor Romero, Founder
Nestor Romero is the visionary heart and spiritual anchor of the One Love Family Foundation, an initiative devoted to awakening human potential and fostering communities rooted in love, sovereignty, and sacred service.
Born in Colombia and raised in the United States, Nestor’s early years were deeply influenced by his connection with nature and the animal world, as well as the poverty and inequality he witnessed around him. From childhood, he carried a calling to serve humanity, leading him into both higher education and military service. His years of service offered him the opportunity to travel globally, broaden his perspective, and cultivate respect for the resilience and wisdom found in diverse cultures.
Nestor’s journey has also been marked by profound personal challenges, including his courageous battle with cancer. This experience served as a transformative initiation-deepening his faith, strengthening his inner light, and affirming his commitment to walk as a living testament of perseverance, healing, and grace.
Through these life experiences, Nestor has emerged as a bridge between ancient wisdom traditions and modern pathways of service. He leads through diverse healing traditions and a deep commitment to spiritual growth, empowering others to live authentically, embody their soul’s truth, and serve with sacred integrity. His vision is to inspire the remembrance of Earth-honoring wisdom, the awakening of human potential, and the co-creation of thriving, harmonious communities.
Today, Nestor continues to guide the One Love Family Foundation with clarity, compassion, and unwavering dedication. As a teacher, leader, and steward of unity, he carries forward the codes of transformation, encouraging all beings to recognize their divine essence and contribute their unique gifts in service to humanity and the Earth.
Maria Magdalena Jimenez, Co-Founder
Maria Magdalena Jimenez is a visionary teacher, healer, and Co-Founder devoted to the awakening and empowerment of humanity. From a young age, Maria felt a deep calling to uplift others-tutoring children in her high school years, envisioning healing for those facing homelessness, and offering care, beauty, and harmony to family and community. Her path of service has always been guided by compassion, vision, and a heart-centered commitment to transformation.
In 2003, when her mother was diagnosed with auto-immune hepatitis, Maria’s journey as a healer expanded profoundly. She immersed herself in the study of human anatomy, herbal medicine, energy healing, fitness, nutrition, and the power of the mind. What began as a search for solutions for her family became a life mission: to serve all who seek balance, empowerment, and healing.
Today, Maria brings her gifts as a healer and educator to guide individuals and communities toward wholeness and sovereignty, carrying the codes of Sophia Flame consciousness. She unites ancient wisdom with modern healing modalities, guiding others into remembrance of their wholeness. Through her work with curriculum design, sacred mentorship, and transformative healing practices, she helps individuals and communities rise into higher states of being, sovereignty, and soul alignment.
As Co-Founder of the One Love Family Foundation, Maria serves as a spiritual anchor and creative visionary. She continues to build bridges between wisdom traditions, quantum healing, and embodied living, empowering others to embody love, truth, and light in service to humanity and the Earth.
